Harnessing our Hormones- what every female leader needs to know to make hormones work for them
There is an elephant in the room that for years we have been trying to pretend just doesn’t happen. That’s right. Our monthly cycle. I invite you to consider a totally different approach towards our cycling hormones. Instead of trying to fight them, we can look to understand how our hormones influence our feelings and behaviours throughout the cycle and where we can, we look to work alongside these. Becca will cover what our cycle looks like and how we might feel at different stages. She will suggest ways of working with our hormones and then conclude with nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimise hormone balance.
