Join us for an engaging session as we delve into the state of neuroinclusion within the Defence Enterprise. In partnership with Ria.Jackson.com and in support of Women Empowering Defence (WED), we aim to explore crucial aspects of neuroinclusion that impact the defence industry.

  • Kieran Blay: DXC – Aerospace and Defence | Championing Neurodiversity – AuADHD
  • Alex Anderson: RAF Member since 2020, stationed at RAF Odiham since 2021. Background in Public Services and RAF Air Cadets, with experience in Tech Stock Holding Group and Supply Control and Accounts Flight.
  • Lisa Hodge MCIPS: Co-Chair, Defence Dyslexia Network. Advocate for neurodiversity in Defence, focusing on dyslexia support and children’s ND services.
  • Chief Inspector Gill Hughes: “Founder of Wiltshire Police Disability Network, Gill Hughes champions support for neurodiversity and disability, inspired by personal experiences as a parent and professional.”
