As a consultant Lisa also works with cyber security leadership teams to help them work together more effectively and also provides training on the benefits of hiring those who are neurodiverse. She is a mindset and mental health coach and offers help and support to those affected by stress, burnout, bullying/abuse and mental health issues in cyber security and Infosec.
