Who are we
VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation. Our parent companies, Serco and EQUANS, are industry-leading FM specialists who provide lived wisdom of Defence and market leading regeneration capabilities. Together, we bring a deep understanding and appreciation of the military’s ethos, culture, operational practices, and structures to create an organisation that works side by side with our partners, customers, and service users to achieve their goals.
Our purpose is to modernise the lived experience for our Armed Forces to enable them to achieve, grow and thrive.
What we do
We put our Customers and Families First. They are the driving force behind everything we do. We drive forward improvements for them to ensure the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or a major project, is completed safely and on time.
In order to achieve this, we have 4 core values: open, caring, agile and collaborative. These are at the heart of everything we do. At VIVO we have grown and now employ over 1500 people to support us in the delivery of the contracts ranging across roles from plumbers and electricians to project managers, administrators, arboriculture specialist, auditors, quantity surveyors, operation managers and much more.
Why We Support
