It was a truly incredible experience, but for me a standout moment was the session on male allyship, it’s so important to hear different experiences and perspectives on it, and the session offered crucial insights on how we can develop this in our respective work environments, and ensure everyone’s voice and opinion is heard.

The whole conference felt like a reminder to myself to breathe and all the talks were engaging throughout the day.

    Memorable Moments:

    • Jodi Goldman’s speech – mindset shift is a powerful tool and can change your life completely!
    • Chris Larsen’s speech – all of Chris’s anecdotes and stories were super inspiring, a great story teller who gets the audience involved.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Affirmations work really well to help us remember what we are capable of
    • Expanded my network during the break times and even chatted with someone I was already connected with on LinkedIn!

    Implementing Ideas:

Reaffirming affirmations helps shift mindset quite significantly
