  Perfect on Paper

  Now that the event is here, we’d love to get everyone’s thoughts on it! I’ve added here a few questions to get the conversation started:

  Were people aware that there were many different CV formats?

  Is there a particular CV format people prefer? My go-to is usually chronological, but I love the idea of a targeted or functional CV

  For people who came from a military background and swapped to a civilian one and vice versa, was it difficult to stop/start using military terminology?
